Our Service Management Center mission is call avoidance. The
efficiencies of our system literally pay for the cost of the service.

call
or response is initiated, our team initiates a protocol designed
to eliminate unnecessary service calls. The Intellitrak™ Service
Management System automatically reviews factors like the manufacturer’s
first-year warranty, other service warranties, outstanding quotes,
the
possibility of a redundant service call, as well as identical problems
with a particular unit. In many cases, the detailed service
records
from our Intellitrak System, coupled with the expertise of our
call managers allow us to diagnose and avoid unnecessary service
calls,
solving the problem right over the phone. In every case, you can

Our Service Management Center is also about accessing service
information via e-mailed reports or through the web. Imagine having “accurate” information
at your fingertips stored for your view via our web-based Intellitrak
System. Get answers to questions like: Was my store serviced? If
so, when? Are there recommendations for me to approve with an assigned
budget? Or, you can access information like: the number of rooftop
units in your chain that are more than 10 years old, or drill down
into individual HVAC unit profiles.
You can even have custom reports generated based on your desired
parameters. If you’re doing capital equipment planning,
we provide tonnage and advancing age of equipment information
and
service plans documentation of your systems.
