Our presence in these communities allows us to promise our customers that we can reach their stores (any store in all 50 states), within 1-hour drive time or less. That’s important because less drive time means lower cost for services and preventive maintenance. The effect of drive-time on actual hourly rates: A two-hour repair with one-hour drive time (3 hours total) means the effective hourly rate is $90 per hour. The same repair with 2 hours drive time (4 hours total) is $120/hour. A three-hour drive (5 hours total) brings the cost to $150/hour.
