Consistent quality
service and
solid customer relationships
lead Engineering Excellence, Inc. into new territory...literally

One of the organizational and service features that set Engineering Excellence, Inc. apart -- our national network of continually certified service affiliates -- were originally formed in response to a customer's request for national service. The customer, DSW Shoe Warehouse, was expanding and wanted to take Engineering Excellence, Inc.'s consistent quality service on the road with them. That was in 1996.

Moving north with Linens 'n Things

And now, a new customer -- Linens 'n Things, a leading provider of products for the home with more than 500 stores in 45 states, has asked us to grow with them. Their request stems from our relationship providing HVAC facilities management services throughout the U.S. This time the new territory is Canada, where Linens 'n Things operates 28 stores in the country's major population centers.

Following the same selection and certification process that built our existing U.S. network of more than 700 affiliates, Engineering Excellence, Inc. now has in place 22 Canadian service providers.   We seek fellow service contractors who share our passion for providing quality service and value, have the equipment and personnel to meet our service commitment, and have a high level of technical expertise and training to ensure quality results.

•  Effective June of 2005, we will be on the ground and ready to serve in five Canadian provinces: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario.

Already, other Engineering Excellence, Inc. customers with locations in Canada have shown an interest in expanding our relationships northward.

Engineering Excellence, Inc. wishes to express appreciation for the support of our customers in asking us to expand our partnerships northward.
