After the benchmark, the second step to sustain a low-energy, high-performance building is the energy audit.  Our team of energy professionals will not give you a stack of papers with possible options of things that you might want to look into; we give you actual facts and figures to allow you to implement the changes you need to make.  Our energy audit report includes the cost for replacements and upgrades as well as the savings you will see from making these changes and the utility rebates available to help you fund your projects.  Since our process is a true ASHRAE Level II Audit, we will place data loggers in your facility to see how it is truly operating when the building is both occupied and unoccupied.  Given this data our Professional Engineering Team and Certified Energy Managers are able to accurately determine the savings you can realize in your facility and give you true payback analysis.  Many of our clients have found the energy audits are paid for in just 2-3 months after implementation.  Based on your company’s financial criteria we will structure the projects into phases to give you a road map for your facilities future.
